Tollgate Farm

I found this photo of Carversville's Tollgate Farm in The Intelligencer archives. A note on the reverse reads:

A visit to the 18th century "Tollgate Farm" In Carversville, country home of noted menswear designed Robert L. Green, is part of the itinerary on "BUCKS COUNTY, U.S.A.," a WCAU-TV special to air Friday, September 9 (8-9 PM).

I had no idea who this Green fellow was, so I Googled him. According to the ever-so-trustworthy Internet, Green was a fashion editor for Playboy! He lived in Carversville in the late 1960s / early 1970s, and his home at Tollgate Farm was the scene of "much-talked-about wild parties."

I can only imagine.
