SPRINGTIME -- When springtime comes to Bucks County, there is a song in the air from Miss Bucks County, Miss Jennifer Lizbeth Seckler, Upper Makefield, who entertained for a couple of hours on Monday at the third annual County Fair Day at Peddler's Village in Lahaska.
