Rev. Ferdinand Berkemeyer, shown here seated in the chancel of St. Peter’s Lutheran and Reformed Church in Hilltown, was pastor of the Lutheran congregation from 1859 to 1895. His son Charles, a Sellersville printer, produced many postcards of Upper Bucks scenes.
