Here’s another photo from Carol Jacobs Norwood. It was taken by Clifford Smith, who was a close friend of Carol’s father. Unfortunately, the date and location have been lost to the ages, but it’s a lovely picture regardless. Ferris wheels make everything better, don’t they?
