Doylestown depot, 1905

This postcard, dated Sept. 12, 1905, is marked “P & R.R.R. Depot, Doylestown Pa” — the Philadelphia & Reading Railroad. The posters pasted on the building include advertisements for Hotel Iroquois in Atlantic City and Banks’ Business College in Philadelphia. The wagon to the right would take passengers to the Fountain House, a popular hotel in the center of town.
