Penns Park, on Route 232, is the oldest village in Wrightstown Township. First known as Logtown (tee hee), its name was changed to Pennsville around 1825 and then to Penn's Park in 1862.

The Post Office Department got rid of the apostrophe in Penn's in 1894.
