A Mad Dog's Victims.
EASTON, Pa., Dept. 4 — The community in the vicinity of Upper Black's Eddy, on the Delaware river, sixteen miles below here, was greatly exited by the appearance of a mad dog. The dog bit three people, among them William Haring, the postmaster of Upper Black's Eddy, whose hand was badly lacerated. The others bitten are Arthur Erwin, a boy of 17 years, bitten in the arm, and a man named Pursel, bitten slightly in the leg. Several cows and sheep were also bitten by the mad brute.
