Alice and Hattie, 1909

This postcard of Main Street, New Hope, postmarked April 27, 1909, was sent to Alice McEntyre of Erwinna from her cousin Hattie. The card is actually postmarked three times — once from New Hope, once from Frenchtown, N.J., and once from Erwinna.

 The reverse reads:

Dear Alice,
Please excuse my not writing, have been so busy and sick, too, am right well now. When is your school out? Shall expect a visit from you. Would like to come up a few days after you get home.
Find Uncle Harvey on the postal.
Cousin Hattie
