In the lap of luxury, 1944


Anita Miller of Warminster writes: “Here I am, age 16 in 1944, sitting on Roy Rogers’ knee at the Variety Club at the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel, Philadelphia. With me are my mother and father, Ricki and Louis M. Felt. My dad, who was in the motion picture business, was a member of the Variety Club — also known as the Showmen’s Club. Obviously missing was Trigger!”
