1938 Neshaminy Creek flood, Warwick

Bill Goodwin writes: “Here is a photo of my dad, William G. Goodwin, in 1938, canoeing on Neshaminy Creek in Warwick with his friend Billy Wiley during a flood that year. The photo was taken in front of his parents’ house on Bristol Road (which was under water), just past Meetinghouse Rd. and the eight-arch bridge.”
